Carriers call in about a posted load. Casey finds it, checks the MC number, negotiates the rate against the pricing desk, and books it or leaves the bid for the morning. The same agent runs twice: same prompt, same five tools, same post-call record. Only the voice stack differs.

Things to try
- Open high on a load and haggle. Every counter comes from a pricing tool that holds the ceiling, so Casey can't be talked past it.
- Interrupt Casey mid-sentence, change your mind, correct a number you just gave.
- Read out an MC number fast, or ask for a lane instead of a load number ("anything reefer out of Texas?").
- Ask about detention, lumpers, TONU or quick pay. Then ask something that isn't in the policy list.
- Ask whether you're talking to a person.
- Walk away from a rate. Casey should offer to leave your bid for the day desk and take a callback number.
